At SG Power Distribution we invest heavily in our people. The majority of our engineers have been trained from the ground up within the company, developing across every discipline — network design, power system studies, earthing, civil and cable route design — through hands-on project work and structured mentoring.

Our graduate training programme gives new engineers exposure to the full breadth of what we do, backed by a structured growth plan aligned with the relevant engineering councils to support progression toward professional accreditation. We have a strong track record of taking graduates through to accomplished engineers — and we're proud that so much of our senior expertise has been grown in-house.
